Kangan Roda
Kangan is the founding partner of illuminIP and heads IP and civil litigation practice at illuminIP. Kangan is an advocate registered with the Bar Council of India since 2014. She is also an emplaned advocate for Civil Laws in the Delhi High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society.
The core areas of practice include Intellectual Property Rights – trade marks, copyright and designs. Having represented leading companies from various sectors, such as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, pharmaceuticals sector, Food & Beverages (F&B) sector, Information Technology sector, Banking sector and others.
Kangan has gained a comprehensive understanding and deep knowledge of the industry requirements relating to core practice areas and the role intellectual property rights.
She also regularly appears in the Courts in Delhi in matters relating to trademark / copyright / patent violations, Anti-Piracy and Anti-Counterfeiting actions, breach of contract, Consumer Complaints.
Rahul Govind
Rahul, is a co-founder and one of the partners of illuminIP and heads IPR prosecution. Rahul is an advocate registered with the Bar Council of India since 2005.
His roots in industry has provided him a variety of perspectives to help counsel and communicate with clients, be they individuals or businesses of all sizes. Rahul has worked for more than 12 years with IP bouquet firm before joining illuminIP.
He has an expertise in overall IP Prosecution and Enforcement. He has represented high profile clients including Fortune 500 and other renowned clients from fields such as Food & Beverages, FMCG, Information & Technology, Banking & Insurance, Fashion to name a few. He also handles Anti-Counterfeiting Raids, Custom Recordals and has a virtuous standing before the Indian Trade Marks Office and various other Tribunals in India.
Nitesh Jain
Nitesh Jain joined the bar in 2007. He has obtained the degree of Legum Magister (LL.M.) in “International Corporate Laws” from University of Leeds, U.K., where he was awarded the Graduate Merit Award and Scholarship.He is a specialized professional in litigation and represents matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT and NCLAT, National Commission and District Forums etc.
He works in the areas of Commercial, Companies, Civil, Constitutional and Arbitration Laws (Domestic and International). His in-depth knowledge and good grasping of legal issues are helpful in finding a solution or alternative measures towards resolving the issues. His involvement in controversial cases has proved to be advantageous for the client as well as to the legal fraternity. He is also handling important litigation matters of the firm.
Nishant Bhargava
Nishant Bhargava is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and holds a degree in B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.
Currently based in New Delhi, Nishant serves as an Advocate, diligently representing clients before the High Court, District Courts, Consumer Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and Arbitral Tribunals. His comprehensive knowledge and exceptional advocacy skills make him a trusted legal advisor and an effective litigator.

Vatsal Chandra
In 2022, Vatsal commenced his career. He holds an LL.B. degree from Mewar Law College, CCSU, Ghaziabad (awarded in 2021) and is a graduate in Political Science from Delhi University. With a thriving advocacy background, Vatsal possesses expertise in company law, insolvency matters, IP litigation, matrimonial disputes, and civil litigation etc.
He has had diverse experiences in esteemed firms within Delhi NCR. His representation of corporate clients in cases involving operational mismanagement, shareholder disputes, and insolvency showcases his versatility.
